• 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
• The remaining 50% balance payment is payable one day prior to arrival.

More than 15 days before arrival

• Amendments or rescheduling may be considered, subject to availability.
• Revised dates will be subject to the applicable tariff for the new dates.
• No refund will be provided against the advance payment received.

Within 15 days before arrival

• 100% retention will apply to the amount received by the Retreat.
• As the 50% advance payment is already received, the entire amount received will be retained. The balance 50% will not be collected.
• In genuine cases such as medical or travel emergencies, or genuine personal circumstances, a 3-month credit note or rescheduling may be considered, subject to approval and availability.

• More than 15 days before arrival: Amendment/rescheduling may be considered, subject to availability and applicable rates for the revised dates. No refund will be provided against the advance payment received.
• Within 15 days before arrival: No refund and no rescheduling will be permitted. The entire amount received will be retained.

• All amendments and rescheduling requests are subject to availability and applicable rates on the revised dates.
• Repeated amendments may not be entertained.
• Any exception to the standard policy is subject to management approval.

• In case of a no-show on the scheduled arrival date, the booking will be considered cancelled.
• 100% retention will apply to the amount received, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

• In case of premature departure after check-in, 100% retention will apply to the booked stay/package amount received.
• Exceptions may be considered in genuine medical or operational circumstances, subject to management approval.

• Where approved as an exception, a credit note may be issued in lieu of a refund or rescheduling.
• The standard credit note validity is 3 months from the date of cancellation/approval.
• Credit notes are subject to the terms mentioned on the credit note and availability at the time of future booking.

• Where a refund is approved under the applicable policy or as an approved exception, it will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Any applicable deductions, if any, will be communicated prior to processing the refund.

• All amendments and rescheduling are subject to availability and applicable rates.
• Any difference in tariff arising from revised dates will be payable by the guest.
• Any exception to the above policy is subject to management approval.
• The applicable cancellation and amendment policy will be communicated at the time of booking and will form part of the booking terms and conditions.
