Physiotherapy at Fazlani is a clinical discipline. Assessment, measurement, structured progression. It runs in parallel with our other approaches — and most musculoskeletal cases benefit from that combination.
01 Foundations
Movement that’s measured, not improvised.
Every physiotherapy plan begins with a structured assessment: range, strength, posture, gait, pain mapping. Subjective experience is captured; objective measurements are taken.
From that baseline we set targets you can feel and we can measure. Progress is reviewed daily. Plans evolve when the data says they should — not on a fixed timetable.
02 Methods
A clinical movement toolkit.
- 01
Manual therapy
Hands-on
Mobilisations, soft-tissue work, joint releases and trigger-point therapy delivered by qualified physiotherapists.
- 02
Therapeutic exercise
Active rehabilitation
Strength, mobility and stability work progressed to your tolerance and your goals — never a generic gym programme.
- 03
Modaliteler
Targeted support
Heat, electrotherapy, taping, dry needling and other modalities used where indicated to reduce pain and accelerate recovery.
03 Our approach
Why integrate physiotherapy with Ayurveda.
Whole-system view
Joint and muscle pain rarely sits alone — sleep, digestion, stress and constitution shape recovery. We assess all of them.
Parallel protocols
Manual therapy in the morning, Ayurvedic abhyanga in the afternoon, yoga at sunset — sequenced for synergy, not convenience.
Setting as recovery
The pace of a residential stay, the absence of work obligations, and the rhythm of the estate all support healing.
Realistic home plan
You leave with three or four key exercises and a weekly progression — not a forty-exercise printout you’ll abandon by Wednesday.
04 Ne beklemek
A typical physiotherapy journey.
Step one
Structured assessment.
Subjective interview, objective examination, baseline measurements and goal-setting.
Step two
Treatment plan.
Daily schedule covering manual therapy, exercise, modalities and any cross-discipline sessions (Ayurveda, yoga).
Step three
Daily session.
One-to-one with a physiotherapist. Progression decided based on how you woke, how you slept and what we measured yesterday.
Step four
Mid-stay review.
Measurements re-taken. Plan adjusted. New targets set.
Step five
Discharge.
Home programme, video reference, return-visit calendar.
05 Our commitment
Care, measurement and honesty.
Our job is to move you toward function, not toward the next session. If the measurements aren’t changing, we change the plan.
For post-surgical or complex conditions we work alongside your surgeon or specialist. We may decline cases where conservative residential management isn’t the right approach, and we’ll tell you when that’s our judgement.
