Dr. Athira Kaladharan is a BAMS-qualified Ayurvedic physician with over 10 years of clinical experience in traditional Ayurveda and wellness care. She also holds a Master’s degree in Counselling and Family Therapy (CFT), a Yoga Instructor Certification (YIC), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Acupuncture and Marma Therapy.
