Dr. Athira Kaladharan is a BAMS-qualified Ayurvedic physician with over 10 years of clinical experience in traditional Ayurveda and wellness care. She also holds a Master’s degree in Counselling and Family Therapy (CFT), a Yoga Instructor Certification (YIC), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Acupuncture and Marma Therapy.
Her work brings together classical Ayurveda and Panchakarma with therapeutic yoga, counselling, acupuncture, marma therapy, and practical lifestyle support. She has experience in preventive care and in supporting chronic concerns such as musculoskeletal pain, arthritis, spine and disc issues, metabolic health challenges including diabetes, and stress-linked or psychosomatic symptoms.
