Yoga at Fazlani is part of the medical plan. Sessions are individual, structured and adjusted to your condition. Group classes are available for the curious, but the heart of the programme is one-to-one.
01 Foundations
Yoga as a clinical modality.
The asana practice that travels the world today is one limb of an eight-limbed system. At Fazlani we work with the limbs that matter for your case: breath (pranayama), postures (asana), concentration (dharana) and meditation (dhyana).
What you practice depends on what you came for. Recovering from Panchakarma calls for very different work than managing chronic stress or post-operative rehabilitation. Sessions are chosen and dosed accordingly.
02 Practices
The practices we work with most.
- 01
Pranayama
Breath
Slow nasal breathing, alternate nostril, ujjayi and kapalabhati — chosen for nervous-system effect, not show.
- 02
Asana
Duruş
Restorative, therapeutic, hatha or vinyasa — matched to constitution and stage of treatment.
- 03
Meditation
Attention
Concentration practices, body-scan, mantra and silent sitting — introduced gradually and supported one-to-one.
03 Our approach
Yoga that fits the rest of your plan.
Aligned with Ayurveda
Practices are chosen for your dosha and the phase of treatment — gentle and restorative during Panchakarma, more active afterwards.
One-to-one core
Daily individual sessions with a qualified teacher are the centre of the programme. Group classes are optional.
Daily rhythm
Sunrise, midday and sunset sessions woven through the day so the practice supports — rather than competes with — therapy and rest.
Practical home practice
You leave with a short, realistic daily sequence — fifteen to thirty minutes — designed to fit a working life.
04 Ne beklemek
A typical yoga journey.
Step one
Yoga consultation.
Practice history, current physical capacity, medical considerations and personal goals.
Step two
Daily plan.
One-to-one sessions scheduled around your Ayurveda and physiotherapy work. Group classes optional.
Step three
Daily practice.
Pranayama in the morning, asana mid-morning, meditation at sunset — adjusted as your stay progresses.
Step four
Mid-stay reset.
Sequence reviewed and refined. New practices introduced once foundations are steady.
Step five
Discharge.
A written home routine plus video reference of your daily sequence.
05 Our commitment
Practice, not performance.
The point of the practice is not to bend further. It is to sit with the breath and the body more honestly, day after day.
If you bring a serious injury or medical condition, your physiotherapist and Ayurvedic physician will be part of the conversation about what’s appropriate. We adjust, we modify, we slow down — never the reverse.
