Recharge your team. Reignite performance.
Tailored two- and three-night corporate retreats on a 68-acre lakeside estate near Lonavala, combining focused meeting time, accommodation, guided wellness and meaningful team experiences.
What the programme is designed to do.
High-performing teams need more than a break. Every corporate programme is shaped around intentions set with you before the retreat, and supported after it. Programmes can be shaped to support clearer focus, stronger team connection, restorative time and healthier routines.
Space to recover from workplace pressure
Space, tools and therapies to recover from chronic workplace pressure, guided by the resident medical team.
Support resilience and steadier routines
Ayurveda, yoga, breathwork and mindful movement, chosen with the team's starting point in mind rather than a fixed prescription.
Support focus and clarity
Time and structure for cognitive clarity and emotional regulation, so teams return steadier, not just rested.
Foster team cohesion
Shared retreats, group sessions and open conversation build trust and a culture of care.
Support long-term wellbeing
Take-home practices that sustain the benefits of the retreat well beyond it.
Strengthen work-life balance
Rhythms of rest, movement and shared meals that show what a balanced working day can feel like.

Discuss a programmeEvery format is shaped after a conversation with our wellness team. Group size, inclusions and accommodation are confirmed in your written proposal.
Choose the reason you are gathering.
Every group arrives with a different purpose. Name yours, and the wellness team shapes the day, the spaces and the pace around it.
Sales meets & kick-offs
Open the quarter away from the office. Space for the numbers, open air for the conversations that follow, and a shared table to close the day.
Leadership retreats
Privacy, quiet and room to think. Strategy in the morning, walking conversations in the afternoon, a considered dinner at night.
Annual offsites
A day or two of alignment, planning and time together, away from delivery pressure and the meeting-room calendar.
Employee wellness programmes
Structured, doctor-guided days that treat wellbeing as a considered programme rather than a perk.
HR engagement initiatives
Recognition days, culture-building sessions and shared experiences your people will actually talk about afterwards.
Executive wellness retreats
A discreet reset for the people carrying the most, with one-to-one consultations and personalised therapies.

Thoughtfully chosen, gently led.
Set across 68 acres of tranquil nature, every experience supports individual wellbeing and the way the team works together. Your programme draws from a flexible menu, shaped in consultation.
A proper room for the working half.
A retreat still needs somewhere to sit down and think. The Beatle Banquet Hall is the estate's indoor venue for conferences, offsites and workshops — a timber-vaulted hall a short walk from the therapy rooms, the farm and the lake.
- Seating arranged to the session — theatre-style for plenaries, clustered or board-style for workshops and discussion
- A mounted projector and screen in place for presentations
- Work and recovery share one campus, so the day moves between the two without travel
