Naturopathy at Fazlani is not a substitute for medicine. It is a clinically supervised, drug-free approach that supports the body’s own healing capacity — through nutrition, hydrotherapy, mud and clay applications, sunlight, breath and rest.
01 Foundations
A medicine of habits, not pills.
Nature Cure understands disease as the body’s response to accumulated stress — poor digestion, broken sleep, sedentary days, low sunlight. Healing follows when those stressors are removed and the body is given the right conditions to repair itself.
At Fazlani, naturopaths work closely with our Ayurvedic and physiotherapy teams. Plans are individual, conservative, and grounded in classical naturopathic literature alongside contemporary clinical reasoning.
02 Methods
The classical naturopathic toolkit.
Five practical modalities form the core of every naturopathic plan. Each is chosen and dosed by a qualified physician.
- 01
Hydrotherapy
Water in motion
Therapeutic baths, hip baths, wraps and douches used to stimulate circulation, calm the nervous system and support detoxification.
- 02
Mud & clay
Earth applications
Targeted mud packs and full-body clay applications used to draw heat, reduce inflammation and ease congestion in tissues.
- 03
Diet & fasting
Food as medicine
Therapeutic menus drawn from the on-site organic farm. Where indicated, short, supervised fasting periods to rest the digestive fire.
Massage, sunbathing, supervised breathing practices and structured rest periods are added or removed as your plan evolves day to day.
03 Our approach
Why Fazlani for Nature Cure.
The principles of Nature Cure are widely written about — practising them safely is the harder work. At Fazlani that means:
Qualified physicians
Resident naturopaths trained in recognised programmes lead every protocol — not visiting practitioners.
Integrated with Ayurveda
Where appropriate, naturopathy is paired with Ayurvedic medicines, Panchakarma elements or physiotherapy.
Setting as therapy
The 68-acre lakeside estate, organic farm and quiet walking paths become part of the protocol, not background.
Take it home
You leave with a written, realistic daily routine — small enough to live with, structured enough to work.
04 What to expect
A typical naturopathy journey.
Step one
Detailed consultation.
Medical history, lifestyle, current concerns and recent reports reviewed by the resident naturopath.
Step two
Examination.
Physical examination, vital signs, digestion and sleep assessment, and where indicated, coordination with the Ayurvedic clinic.
Step three
Daily plan.
A written daily schedule: hydrotherapy, mud and clay applications, walks, breath practice, mealtimes and rest.
Step four
Daily review.
Physician check-ins to adjust intensity, swap modalities and respond to how the body is responding.
Step five
Discharge guidance.
A take-home plan: morning routine, week of meals, breath practice schedule, return-visit calendar.
05 Our commitment
Tradition, safety and respect.
The first principle of Nature Cure is to do nothing that the body cannot recover from. We move slowly, observe closely, and trust the body to do the rest.
For acute illness or complex conditions we coordinate with your existing physicians and may request recent reports. Naturopathy at Fazlani complements modern medical care; it does not replace it.
