Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policies
Cancellation Policy: T & C
- There will be no charge for any cancellation made more than 14 days before arrival.
- The Retreat doesn’t charge any retention for amendments that are made more than 14 days prior to arrival. However, amendments/cancellation requests within 14 days of arrival will incur 100% Retention charges.
- Amendment to fresh dates are subject to availability and applicable rates on new dates.
Note: Booking between 20th Dec to 5th Jan will be non-cancellable and non-refundable
Terms and conditions
Frequent amendments in booking dates are not entertained. After two postponements, no further amendments will be permitted.
The notice of postponement, advancement or cancellation must come at least 3 clear days prior to the date of confirmation
No-show on check-in date would qualify for no refund and the booking will be considered as cancelled.
In case the retreat is not operational due to Natural Calamities / Global Pandemic / National or Global Emergencies, any refund applicable will be made 3 months after the resort re-opens.
Rescheduling period is 1 year from the date of cancellation. This is applicable only if the cancellation is made due to Natural Calamities / Global Pandemic / National or Global Emergencies.
In the event of premature discharge/departure (for any reason), a penalty of three days charges or the balanced days of booking whichever is less will be forfeited, and the balance amount, if any, can be refunded or a credit note can be issued for future booking.
Guests discharged on account of indiscipline will forfeit 3 days charge, or the balance days whichever is less. In case there is any balance amount after forfeiture, the same can be refunded or credit note can be issued for future booking. However, his/her future admission may be affected depending upon the severity of indiscipline.
Booking should be for a minimum of three days. If your stay is for less than three days, the charges of three days will still be applicable.

A credit note will be issued for a non-refundable amount, which can be redeemed during your next visit to the Retreat. The credit note will be valid for 6 months from the cancellation date.
If the booking gets cancelled, the refundable payment will be processed to the guest within 7 working days.
Credit/debit cards, online payment, cash, and demand drafts are accepted.
Laboratory reports, laundry, salon, and other facilities will be charged extra as per tariff.
The package tariff is inclusive of accommodation, all meals, consultations, therapies & treatments. However, there will be a few premium therapies, which, if opted and prescribed, will be charged extra.
Airport transfers are available on a chargeable basis.
Govt taxes & levies may be applicable at the time of admission and will be charged extra.
Tariffs, policies, rules, and regulations are subject to change with prior notice.
Management reserves the right to take final & binding decisions in case of any disputes.
