At Fazlani, we offer unique Holistic Wellness Retreats that bring balance and improve one’s general wellbeing. Our expert doctors & wellness consultants curate a Bespoke Treatment plan with Nature Cure & Ayurveda at the core along with other modalities. Our daily wellness schedule includes personalized daily consultations, nature cure and ayurveda treatments, yoga, guided meditations, acupressure, acupuncture, physiotherapy, alternative therapies like equine & eco therapies and wellness cuisine. Fazlani Natures Nest also offers a Host of Activities Such as Horse Riding, Goat Milking, Animal Care, Nature Walk, Organic Farming, Trekking, Fishing etc.

“Fazlani Natures Nest” is a residential wellness where guests on wellness retreat once checked In are not permitted to move out. And we do not entertain walk in guests to our resort facilities.

 

“Fazlani Natures Nest” is strictly a “No Alcohol” and “Tobacco Free” resort. Guests are not allowed to carry these in the Resort. Consumption of alcohol or Tobacco is not permitted in guest rooms, gardens/balconies and public areas or any other area of the resort. (There is, however, a separate area away from all the guests, designated for guests who would still like to smoke.) Smoking in your room or any other prohibited area will attract a cleaning and deodorising charge of INR 10,000
At “Fazlani Natures Nest” all meals will be served in the Restaurant only. Restaurant timings 7 AM to 8.30 PM.

 

We do not provide the facility of “Room Service” to the guest rooms. We don’t permit outside food and beverages. In case of any special requirement with regards to your dietary preference, please feel free to inform the same at the time of booking your stay. When on a wellness retreat you are encouraged you are advised to adhere to Doctors prescribed diet.

 

At Fazlani Nature’s Nest safety is of utmost importance, therefore. Though we follow international standards of Safety and Security, we Urge you to use the safe deposit lockers provided in the rooms for the safe keeping of your valuables. The resort management will not be responsible in the event of loss or theft of items. Should you require any assistance please reach out to the Front Office Manager.

 

While at “Fazlani Natures Nest” we encourage all guests to use Digital Gadgets mindfully to give yourself a digital detox you while you relax and rejuvenate. Use of Mobile Phones and Digital Gadgets is not Permitted in Wellness and Food and Beverage areas. We encourage our guests to respect the tranquillity of the Resort be mindful that while they talk on phone in open areas so that other guests do not get disturbed.
Guest must be minimum 18 years of age to check-in. Teenagers below the age of 18 need be accompanied by their Parents Guardians. Only kids above the age of 8 are allowed.

 

To maintain the tranquillity and peace of the resort Pets are not allowed.
The Resort reserves the right to refuse entry or ask to vacate the premises to any guest if they are found violating any policy and thereby disturbing the wellness experience / peace and quiet of other guests.

 

ADVISORY

We recommend that you carry a pair of comfortable track pants/tights/yoga pants, t-shirt, and sports/ running shoes for Trekking and walking around.
Management reserves the right to cancel the trek for guest’s safety if they aren’t appropriately dressed for the trek.
While we do provide umbrellas in our Guest Rooms, we encourage our Guests to carry raincoats/ Wind Cheaters during the monsoons to enjoy the season best.
During the winters i.e. from Octobers to February evenings and mornings may get a little chilly so it is advisable to carry few warn clothing.
Please refrain from wearing Night Suites, Loafers and Carpet Slippers to the Restaurants and other public areas and stick to Casual, Smart Casual or Formal wear to maintain the decorum of the dining establishment.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

As per government regulations require Indian residents to present Valid proof of identity with address such as Aadhaar Card, Passport or Driving License etc. at the time of Check-in. (Pan Card is not acceptable as an Identity Document)
No two offers or promotions can be clubbed.
No privilege card such as FHRAI etc can be used with any offer or promotion.
There will be no charge for any cancellation made more than 7 days before arrivals.
3-7 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL CHARGE OF ONE NIGHT.
0-3 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL CHARGE, 100% OF FULL AMOUNT.
NO SHOW & EARLY CHECK OUT CHARGE, 100% FULL AMOUNT.
The resort doesn’t charge any retention for amendments that are made more than 7 days prior to arrival. However, amendments/cancellation request within 3 days of arrival will incur 100% Retention charge. Amendment to fresh dates are subject to Availability and applicable rates on new dates.
Frequent amendments in booking dates are not entertained. After two postponements, no further amendments will be permitted.
The notice of postponement, advancement or cancellation must come at least 3 clear days prior to the date of confirmation
In the event of Early Checkout (for any reason), a penalty of three days charges or the balanced days of booking whichever is less will be forfeited, and the balance amount, if any, can be refunded or a credit note can be issued for future booking.
Guests discharged on account of indiscipline will forfeit 3 days charge, or the balance days whichever is less. In case there is any balance amount after forfeiture, the same can be refunded or credit note can be issued for future booking. However, his/her future admission may be affected depending upon the severity of indiscipline.
Fazlani Natures Nest reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of non-payment of advance/final payments as per schedule.
Fazlani Natures Nest reserves the right to cancel the booking in case the guest furnishes wrong medical information or found unsuitable for the treatment for clinical or other reasons.
In case the retreat is not operational due to Natural Calamities / Global Pandemic / National or Global Emergencies, any refund applicable will be made 3 months after the resort re-opens.
Rescheduling period is 1 year from the date of cancellation. This is applicable only if the cancellation is made due to Natural Calamities / Global Pandemic / National or Global Emergencies.

30% of the total amount must be deposited in advance for conformation of booking which includes 10% of non-refundable processing charges in case of cancellation.
Credit/debit cards, online payment, cash, and demand drafts are accepted.
Laboratory reports, laundry, salon, and other facilities will be charged extra as per tariff.
The Wellness Retreat tariff is inclusive of accommodation, all meals, consultations, prescribed therapies & treatments. However, there will be a few premium therapies, which, if opted and prescribed, will be charged extra.
Airport transfers are available on a chargeable basis.
Govt taxes & levies may be applicable at the time of admission and will be charged extra.
Tariffs, policies, rules, and regulations are subject to change with prior notice.
Management reserves the right to take final & binding decisions in case of any disputes.
